We accept returns strictly under the following conditions:

The item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect

A return request is submitted within 3 days of delivery

An unboxing video—clearly showing the product being opened from its original packaging—is provided. This is mandatory for any return or damage claim.

• The item must be:
• Unused and unworn
• In its original condition and packaging
• Accompanied by the original order details

Please note: We do not accept returns for reasons such as change of mind, slight color variation, or general wear and tear.

• Non-returnable Items
• Sale or discounted items
• Customized or made-to-order pieces
• Items without valid unboxing video proof

Refunds

Once your return is reviewed and approved:

A full or partial refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days

You will be notified once the transaction is complete

• Refunds will not be issued for:
• Products returned without authorization
• Items showing signs of use, damage, or tampering
• Requests without valid unboxing video evidence

Exchanges

We offer replacements only in the case of damaged or incorrect items, subject to the same conditions above.

Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the issue was due to an error on our part. We recommend using a reliable, trackable courier.
